There are a range of accolades that will be awarded, with many recipients being given a recognition award for their collaborative efforts working alongside us in serving humanitarian causes. Asides from this, the event will have eight key awards that will be given:
- National Charity Partner Award – awarded to our two National Charity Partners from this past year (Cancer Research UK and Humanity First) and Marie Curie (Charity Partner 2023)
- Regional Charity Partner Award – awarded to the best Regional Charity Partner this past year
- Best Council Award – awarded to the best local/regional council who has worked alongside us
- Best Services Award – awarded to the best emergency/healthcare services who has worked with us
- Outstanding services to Community Award – nominated award to a particular individual/organisation who has worked inspirationally for their local community at grassroot level
- Inspirational services Award – nominated award to a particular individual/organisation who has provided an inspirational service in truly dedicating their time and effort
- Mubarak Mosque Award – awarded to an organisation close by to the Mubarak Mosque (near Farnham), recognising their efforts for the local area and community
- Masroor Peace Award – awarded as a Lifetime Achievement Award, to a particular individual/organisation whose life has been in the servitude to propagating peace and tolerance in inspiring manner
The Awards Reception is being held at the Members’ Dining Room, at the House of Commons in UK Parliament.
Upon arrival, please follow signs for ‘public entrance’ to Palace of Westminster – Members’ Dining Room is located on the Principal Floor.
Please note, this is an invitation only event – you will NOT be permitted entry without invitation
The programme will commence with the arrival of guests at 6.30pm. Please allow ample time prior in order to pass security checks upon entering the House of Commons.
The formal proceedings will commence at 7pm, followed by dinner.
